A companion to the CD Iron Behind the Velvet code 95050, this live album by the Irish singer songwriter was recorded in April 1978 and has been digitally remastered. One number Clyde's Bonnie Banks was recorded in Nicholas Ryan's front room. The nine tracks include Hey Sandy, The Boys of Barr Na Sraide, Pretty Boy Floyd, Bogey's Bonnie Belle, The Crack Was Ninety in the Isle of Man, Black Is the Colour of My True Love's Hair and One Last Cold Kiss. A great mix of contemporary protest songs and traditional songs of nostalgia, love and loss with some fine examples of musicianship and beautiful songs. Bargain price.
